Network Streaming
Network Streaming allows our technical support team to access your computer remotely. This helps us see what may be causing your problems. It also helps us walk you through the steps in navigating through the site. Network Streaming will install a program on your machine that will grant full access of your machine to our technical support. This program will uninstall itself from your machine once the session is over.
